Our onboarding program will therefore provide you with all the basics and tools you need to transition smoothly into your new work role. You will also be familiarized with your workplace and your colleagues in a joint kick-off meeting at our Heilbronn headquarters. An experienced mentor will also be available to answer your individual questions on an ongoing basis.
