In addition to the classic activities in the HR area, you will work closely with the recruiting department as part of our HR department. Implementing measures in this area and conducting employee surveys will round off your activities.

As a recruiting employee at IBsolution, you are always on the lookout for suitable candidates for our company. There are frequently open positions for business experts as well as IT consultants. You will be given your own area of responsibility and, after searching for and approaching suitable candidates, you will also be responsible for the initial contact with the applicant. You will always be available to assist applicants with any questions they may have about the application and the application process.

Our marketing department deals with the entire external presentation of the IBsolution brand. Your tasks in marketing can be very diverse, ranging from online marketing to tele-marketing to event management. As a marketing employee, you will be given responsibility for a specific area of work. The different responsibilities complement each other within the team, collaboration within the department and internally with other departments will be an important part of your work.

As a sales representative, you are co-responsible for the enthusiasm and satisfaction of our customers. With empathy, creativity, competence and commitment, you accompany our customers along their entire buying journey. In your business area, you are responsible for the entire opportunity process, which means that you pick up the leads coming from our inbound and outbound campaigns and develop them purposefully until the contract is concluded. And even during the implementation of the project, you are responsible for the continuous support of the customers in the sense of customer engagement. You recognise new challenges and trends at an early stage and use them to develop innovative and value-added service offerings. Together with our business and sales management, you create business plans and implement them in a goal-oriented manner.

Controlling is divided into two areas at our company. One area deals with cross-company key figures, monitors them and shows developments. Thus, the management is supported in its decisions by current key figures and can act in a goal-oriented manner. The second area focuses on project controlling and keeps an eye on project-related key figures of the individual customer projects of our IT consultants.

In your accounting activities, you always ensure compliance with internal company specifications and processes. You receive data from the entire company and coordinate internally with other departments in individual cases.
