SAC Content Package for Supplier Performance Management

For the evaluation of suppliers by the purchasing department, it is necessary to bring data from a wide range of systems into dependency and to present it clearly. The achievement of predefined KPIs can thus be recorded and objectively assessed at a glance, so that an evaluation of supplier performance is possible at a glance.

The prerequisite for this is the evaluation of diverse data from partly different data sources in a central system. For example, supplier master data is located in SAP S/4HANA, qualitative data partly in Excel or other external systems.

Our Supplier Performance Dashboards, developed together with the apsolut Group, solves this problem on the basis of the SAP Analytics Cloud. Data from different systems is clearly displayed on a uniform interface and can also be easily evaluated for complex questions. With the help of the comment and chat function, discussions can be held and to-dos, workflows, results and milestones can be recorded in a calendar. The basic functions of the Supplier Performance Dashboard are available as Business Content for the SAP Analytics Cloud and thus enable a quick and uncomplicated introduction to supplier performance management.
