IBsolution is TOP CONSULTANT 2021

IBsolution has been awarded the quality seal “TOP CONSULTANT 2021”. This makes the Heilbronn-based SAP consulting firm one of the best consultants for medium-sized businesses in Germany. For the 12th time, the nationwide TOP CONSULTANT competition examined on a scientific basis how well the participating companies advise their medium-sized customers.

A high degree of professionalism, consistent performance and satisfied customers are essential characteristics of first-class consulting. IBsolution fully meets these criteria and is therefore honored with the TOP CONSULTANT 2021 award. The basis of the consulting competition is a survey of medium-sized companies that have worked with the participating consulting firms. IBsolution’s reference customers used a questionnaire to evaluate how professional the consultants appeared, how satisfied they were with the consulting services and whether they would recommend IBsolution to others.

“Award with special significance”

The quality seal TOP CONSULTANT 2021 confirms that IBsolution is one of the best medium-sized business consultants in Germany. “The TOP CONSULTANT award has a special significance for us, as the verdict of our customers is decisive for it,” says Loren Heilig, Managing Director of IBsolution. “We are very pleased that our customers rate our work so positively. After all, for high customer satisfaction, not only the professional quality of the work must be right, but also the interpersonal level.”

Customer survey as the core of the consulting competition

The TOP CONSULTANT competition is based on an independent, scientifically founded procedure and is not supported by companies with third-party interests or sponsors. On behalf of compamedia GmbH, which organizes the competition, the Scientific Society for Management and Consulting (Wissenschaftliche Gesellschaft für Management und Beratung, WGMB) from Bonn conducts the scientific survey of reference clients and closely investigates the participants. This procedure for determining the best consultants for medium-sized businesses gives the quality seal a high degree of credibility. According to the WGMB, the decisive factor for an award as TOP CONSULTANT is “a customer-oriented, SME-focused consulting service”.

Prof. Dr. Dietmar Fink, Professor of Management Consulting at the Bonn-Rhein-Sieg University of Applied Sciences, heads the WGMB together with Bianka Knoblach. They determine who will be named TOP CONSULTANT. “It is important that the consulting firms know the special needs of their medium-sized clients and respond to them,” says Prof. Dr. Dietmar Fink.

Award ceremony in November

On November 26, the winning consulting firms of the 2021 edition will come together for the TOP CONSULTANT finale at the 7th German SME Summit. As mentor of the competition, former German President Christian Wulff will personally congratulate IBsolution on the award.

The decisive factor for being awarded the TOP CONSULTANT quality seal is a customer-oriented, medium-sized business consulting service. The field of participants of the competition, which has been organized by compamedia since 2010, consists mainly of management, IT and personnel consultants. These companies face the scrutiny of the competition’s scientific management: Prof. Dr. Dietmar Fink, Professor of Management Consulting at Bonn-Rhein-Sieg University of Applied Sciences, and Bianka Knoblach. Both head the Scientific Society for Management and Consulting (Wissenschaftliche Gesellschaft für Management und Beratung, WGMB) in Bonn.
