IBsolution receives SZ seal “Top Customer Rating 2024”

IBsolution has been awarded the “Top Customer Rating 2024” seal thanks to outstanding customer feedback. In a two-stage web monitoring process, the SZ Institute (Süddeutsche Zeitung) determined the providers with the greatest customer satisfaction from customer reviews of around 12,000 companies.

 

Positive customer reviews are an important hallmark for companies and their services. The reviews serve as proof of trust and quality for interested parties and potential buyers. They therefore have a decisive influence on the perception of a company or brand.

In a joint study, the SZ Institut and ServiceValue investigated which companies received particularly good customer feedback online. IBsolution achieved above-average results in the “IT consultants” category and was therefore awarded the “Top Customer Rating 2024” seal.

“Putting the customer at the center”

“At IBsolution, we attach great importance to putting the customer and their interests at the center of our work,” says Managing Director Loren Heilig. “Positive customer reviews have a high level of credibility and are a valuable confirmation of what we do. To put it in a nutshell: If customers are satisfied, we’ve done a good job.”

Study with a two-stage process

The “Top Customer Rating 2024” study is based on the methodical approach of social listening, which evaluates data from various online sources, such as social media platforms. In the study period from April 1, 2022 to March 31, 2024, a total of around twelve million mentions of more than 12,000 companies and brands were identified.

The two-stage data analysis was based on data collection and subsequent evaluation using AI tools. As part of the analysis, the tonality, reach and topics of the digital messages were examined, evaluated and awarded points. The companies and brands that achieved an above-average score in the evaluation received an award.

Credible assessment of company performance

Customer reviews often make the difference, especially in highly competitive market environments. They enable interested parties and buyers to make well-founded decisions about products, services and providers. At the same time, they provide credible orientation when it comes to the question of which companies know how to impress with their pronounced customer orientation.
