IBsolution, W+W and BPM&O develop end-to-end transformation program

The consulting companies IBsolution, W+W Consulting and BPM&O have developed an end-to-end transformation program for companies that covers the entire lifecycle from requirements management through process analysis to operation. The three partners will present the new end-to-end offering for the first time at the DSAG Annual Congress 2022 (October 11-13) in Leipzig.

 

The macroeconomic challenges that companies are currently facing are immense. To remain relevant and competitive, companies need to transform their business model, organization and culture and adapt them to the new realities. The three consulting companies IBsolution, W+W Consulting and BPM&O want to support companies on this path in the best possible way and bring their individual strengths to bear. Holistic approach

Processes as a basis

Just like the requirements, an as-is analysis of the process landscape is also an important prerequisite for transformation success. The Process Potential Analysis (PPA) of long-term Signavio partner BPM&O GmbH analyzes the processes and identifies existing optimization potentials. “With our PPA method, we create the basis for an objective evaluation of the processes and can derive concrete recommendations for action,” explains Sven Schnägelberger, Managing Director of BPM&O GmbH. “In this way, companies can easily find out where there is the greatest need for digitization.”

To complement this, IBsolution offers a Quick Scan. Using focus interviews and workshops, it aims to work out the corporate strategy, analyze the processes and define the appropriate implementation measures.
