For about two years, the Corona pandemic has kept Germany and the world in suspense. To overcome it, a joint effort by politics, society and business is necessary. IBsolution, too, is fulfilling its corporate responsibility and is involved in the fight against Covid-19 in various ways. “Teamwork and cohesion are needed to master the Corona crisis,” says Loren Heilig, Managing Director of IBsolution. “We see it as our duty to play a part in working together to get out of this pandemic.”
In collaboration with co-innovation partner Piller Blowers & Compressors, IBsolution has developed the app INCEMENDO.cov_check based on SAP Business Technology Platform that companies can use to implement the 3G rule in the workplace in compliance with the law and document their compliance. Since the end of November 2021, only employees who have been vaccinated, recovered or tested negative on a daily basis are allowed to have access to workplaces in Germany. The burden of proof is on the companies.
“The 3G check obligation presents many companies with organizational and technical challenges,” says Thomas Henzler, Chief Information Officer at Piller Blowers & Compressors. “Our joint app for the 3G check makes it easy to comply with the legal requirements. After only about a week of development, the app is now in productive use at our company.”
To ensure that other companies also benefit from the easy way to comply with the 3G rule in the workplace, IBsolution is making the INCEMENDO.cov_check app available for free. A flat fee of 5,000 Euros is only charged if IBsolution takes care of the initial setup on request. With the help of the app, it is possible to capture and validate digital vaccination, recovery and test certificates. The sensitive data is stored and encrypted in compliance with data protection regulations.

IBsolution is also taking a stand in other ways: the SAP consulting company has joined the initiative of more than 150 companies calling on people to get vaccinated on their social media channels under the hashtag #ZusammenGegenCorona. As part of the campaign, IBsolution’s actual claim “Simplify now” is being transformed into a call to “Vaccinate now.” “Vaccination is a crucial factor in getting us back to more normality,” says Loren Heilig. “That’s why we wholeheartedly endorse this great campaign and hope it leads to increasing vaccination readiness in the population.”
