Go-live of your individualized solution with agile methodology after only four sprints of four weeks each.
The solution can be extended by individual requirements and allow you to start working immediately on your business partners. They include all common processes to cover the complete business partner lifecycle (customer/supplier). Flexible approver determination and e-mail notifications are included as well as best-practice rules for preassigning field contents or validating input values depending on the values of other fields.
Special highlights are the Fast Close and the dynamic field and field group control per process step to ensure the best possible user experience. Fast Close is a function included in the Standard Process Package Business Partner for SAP MDG to perform process steps without approval. Customers use it, for example, to implement changes to non-critical fields without approval. This makes the process faster and saves valuable time for the approver. The implementation takes place via black or white listing of the fields in decision tables of SAP BRF+.
With dynamic field and field group control, the visibility (mandatory field, optional field or hidden) of fields and field groups can be overridden per process step. This optimizes the user interface (UI) for the fields required for this process step. The user benefits from improved usability and faster processing of his tasks, as the interfaces are reduced to the essentials. This functionality is provided by EVIMENDO.rules_control, an add-on to SAP MDG. The corresponding customizing is done in delivered BRF+ decision tables.
