AGIMENDO.costplan offers exactly what you want for uncomplicated cost centre planning: Your employees enter their data distributed throughout the company. These are then stored directly and centrally in SAP BW. Thus they are immediately visible to all those responsible for planning and can be evaluated by central controlling. There is no need for time-consuming manual consolidation of different Excel sheets. Then you can easily compare different plan versions in a simulation and analyze your plan results according to all aspects and planning characteristics. At the same time, you maintain an overview of the status at all times with the central process control. Your planning users are guided through the process and all planning tasks are completed in the defined sequence. Planning Costs

With AGIMENDO.costplan you can easily plan the costs for your cost centres according to their origin. Various functionalities are available for this purpose. For example, you can first create a forecast based on the actual values of the previous years, which can either be weighted or unweighted in the planning. Of course, the planned values can be edited further. You can either plan your costs at the highest hierarchy level and disaggregate them to the individual sub-cost centres or enter them directly for the individual cost centres. You can plan your costs in different versions, which can then be compared and contrasted with each other in the simulation. Within the scope of the allocation, you have the option of reallocating the costs within the cost centres.

Approval workflow

With AGIMENDO.costplan you get a two-step approval process. As soon as the planner has entered his plan data, he can release it to the approver assigned to him so that he can view and approve the data. The approver is informed by email and can either reject or approve the planning.

Reporting

AGIMENDO.costplan provides extensive reporting functions so that you can keep track of your cost planning at all times. Using tables and diagrams, you can compare your planned figures with the actual costs incurred and thus keep an eye on the quality of your planning. You can track the workflow status of your plan versions and compare the planned costs of the different versions. Not to forget, you can view the costs of the individual functional areas at a glance, including their deviation from the previous year and from the plan data.

Assigning permissions

To ensure that everything is in order, you can maintain the user authorizations for your cost planning in AGIMENDO.costplan, so that it is ensured that each planner can only plan and view the data for the cost centers assigned to him. In addition, you define which plan can be entered and which employee within the organization is the responsible approver.

Versioning

With AGIMENDO.costplan you have the possibility to manage multiple plan versions without getting confused and without running the risk of accidentally overwriting data. This allows you to compare and simulate different scenarios (best case, worst case, etc.). You can easily define which versions you want to be able to plan.

Attachments and Comments

You can explain your plan data with comments and file uploads. A file upload, which could be a profitability analysis, for example, can either be stored globally or assigned to a special cost center. The file is stored in the Business Warehouse and can then be accessed by the approver or other planners. Comments on a special plan number can further explain the planned amount.
