When a user creates a new customer in SAP C4C, the data is replicated in SAP MDG. Based on this data, an SAP Business Partner is now created in SAP MDG − including the key mapping that assigns the corresponding ID from SAP C4C to the data record. Subsequently, the customer is not only transferred back into SAP C4C, but also into the ERP system at the same time, so that the identical data is available in each system.
